Crop and Pan Your Photo

Save Your Design

Tap the “Share” button, then the “Camera Roll” icon (it looks like two photos) to save your finished gallery to your iPad’s camera roll.  This is optional, but it’s a good idea so you can go back and reference any crops or compositional changes you made when you're ordering your client’s wall art pieces.

Share Your Design

With the “Share” button still selected, choose the “Email” icon.  This will open up the mail app on your iPad and create a new email with a low resolution version of your created gallery included in the email.  If you’ve edited the template name, description, print types or prices, those will also be included in this email.  We recommend CC-ing yourself on that email, so you have a copy as well.

Quick Tips

Make Money Today (No, Really)

Send your past clients the Preveal Wall Photo Guide and have them send you a photo of their room to use in Preveal. Or, skip that step and use a Stock Room photo.  Design two or three collections or large single images and share them with your client via email straight from the Preveal app.  You could even upload them to your online shopping cart, with the price set for the entire collection, allowing your client to purchase right online.  Just a couple minutes of work on your end creating collections for your past clients can lead to significant sales without extra shooting or editing time.  Bonus:  you'll get proficient using Preveal without the pressure of a client watching over your shoulder!

Community Tips

As a member of the Preveal Community, you’re able to contribute the templates you create to an ever-growing pool of templates that any other Community member can download for free.  But, as as they say, with great power, comes great responsibility.  Here are a few tips for using the Community and for being as great a member as possible.

Uploading Templates

Uploading your templates is incredibly simple.  All you need to do is create a new template and, while saving it, leave the "Upload" toggle in the ON position.

You can create a template from scratch using the Build Template tool in the room view, or by customizing any existing template by tapping the Info button in the top right corner of the room view, then the Tools icon.

Community Etiquette

Help us keep the Community running smooth and filled with only the best template designs.  Please do not upload single image layouts, layouts that are not aligned precisely or layouts that are clearly designed for a very specific use and would not look good in other people's homes.
If you see a template in the Community that you think shouldn't be there, be sure to flag it by tapping the Info button, then the flag in the bottom left corner.

Disabling Uploading

If you do not wish to upload a created template to the Community, simply turn the "Upload" toggle to the OFF position before saving your template.  This will still save it to your My Templates group, it will just not upload to the Community.

If you accidentally leave "Upload" turned on, just go into the Community and flag it by tapping the Info button, then the flag icon and we'll take care of it for you!

Join the Hall of Fame

Want some bragging rights and some SEO love?  If you sell enough in one Preveal sales session to cover the cost of Preveal and the iPad it's on, you're Hall of Fame material! If you've already qualified, be sure to head over to the Hall of Fame and submit your information!
